wrenbSo apparently we have mice. Ugh. Went over to S&B's for dinner last night and had a great time. Talked about their adventures with mice. I said "We thought we might have mice, but the cats have scared them away.".
When we got home Phoebe was playing with the recycling bin in the kitchen. I went to go see what had her attention, and a little grey mouse leapt off of the recycling and started tearing across the kitchen! Phoebe's only 4 or 5 months old, so she doesn't have the "kill the mouse" thing down, but she made several valiant attempts. Unfortunately the mouse got away, down the hole under the fridge where there used to be a power outlet. Thankfully Handy-Husband ;) came to the rescue and cut a piece of plywood down to go over the whole, fastening the entire thing down so I could go to sleep without dreams of mice invading my bed.
Today's errand list just had mouse-traps and spray-foam added to it!
