Good doctor. Check. Good med website? Not so much. Which is why I referred to New Scientisy rather than any of the webnews outlets I found the study reported in. I believe that the study size was 800. So not huge, but not too small.
And anyway, as long as I don't *gain* weight, I don't foresee whole milk hurting me. Especially as it's coming from my favorite organic dairy. The milk is not homogenized, and there's a lovely layer of cream on top. Good milk!
