The things people do...
Mar. 1st, 2007 04:06 pmWhy would you come to look at an apartment complex when you have been told that there are no available apartments for the time you want to move??!? I told the woman that there would be no one-bedrooms available in May, not until August. And she says she'll come and see anyway! Crazy lady.

Date: 2007-03-01 11:49 pm (UTC)Just brainstorming.
But seriously, I'm doing a lot of pre-school searching now for fall 2007 and for fall 2008 because some of the good places already have waiting lists for fall 2008. If there's going to be a wait list for the open unit, maybe she wants to be at the top? Maybe this person is from out-of-town and can only do visits at certain times. They can conceive of spending a few months in a hotel while waiting for the perfect unit to become available, but they want it lined up before their job starts?
I can come up with more crazy explanations. :-)
